RENTAL AGREEMENT

BEACH BUTLERZ LLC, HEREINAFTER "COMPANY", AGREES TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING RENTAL PROPERTY AND SERVICES FOR CLIENT PURCHASING SERVICES FROM COMPANY HEREINAFTER "RENTER", AND RENTER AGREES TO RENT THE "PROPERTY", AT THE RENTAL RATES AS PROVIDED TO RENTER AT TIME OF PURCHASE:

  1. All COMPANY PROPERTY rentals require a credit card to hold the reservation.  COMPANY will use this credit card as a loss, theft, or damage deposit for the rented PROPERTY.
  2. The COMPANY accepts cash, and most major credit cards for all PROPERTY rentals and food orders.
  3. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for rental PROPERTY reservations.  Failure to notify COMPANY of a cancellation will result in a $20 fee.
  4. COMPANY will place PROPERTY for the RENTER on the beach or other agreed upon location, which COMPANY is permitted to conduct business.  COMPANY will take food and drink orders and pick up or arrange for delivery.
  5. Food and Drink Orders will apply a delivery fee to food deliveries made by COMPANY.  COMPANY will base the fee on the total food order cost, which includes pick up and delivery.  A minimum order of $15 (not including delivery fee) is required for all delivered food orders.
  6. Maximum Rental Time.  All COMPANY rentals have a maximum rental time of eight (8) hours or end at 5:00 p.m. local time, whichever comes first.  Beach bonfire rental packages with beach furniture will end at 11 p.m.
  7. RENTER is fully responsible for the loss, theft, or destruction of said PROPERTY and agrees to pay COMPANY, a reasonable cost of repair or the fair market value of the PROPERTY in such event. 


RENTER ASSUMES all risks of injury from the use or misuse of such items, including the potential risk of serious injury, disability, or death from the use of such items.

RENTER knowingly and freely assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, and assumes full responsibility for RENTER’S use of such items.

RENTER and on behalf of RENTER’S heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby release and agree to hold harmless COMPANY, their officers, agents, and employees, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property.
