Signature Beach Wedding Ceremony

Beach Butlerz™ offers the ultimate destination beach wedding ceremony.  Beach Butlerz™ wedding ceremonies are beautiful, serene, and romantic.  We know your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and Beach Butlerz™ takes it seriously when planning and setting it up.  Our Beach Butlers create a beach scene gorgeous enough to produce award winning photographs.  They ensure that every detail is taken care of including you.  Our Beach Butlerz™ Signature Beach Wedding Ceremony is thoughtfully created to accommodate you and your guests’ needs, which provides a heavenly altar, six large white umbrellas to provide shade for the guests, fifty white covered padded chairs with bows to match your wedding colors, and a 10x10 foot bride’s tent surrounded in cathedral decorated walls so that you and your bridal party may entertain some last minute finishing touches or toast prior to the bride walking down the altar.

The Beach Butlerz™ Signature Beach Wedding Ceremony includes:

• A heavenly gazebo altar decorated with tulle (tulle is optional)
• Set-up and breakdown of fifty padded white fold-up guest chairs with chair covers and bows
• Installation and removal of six 10-foot wide white patio umbrellas (to create some shade for your guests)
• Installation and removal of one 10'x10' tent with cathedral window or private sides for any pre or post ceremony privacy needs.
• A Beach Butler on site to address any adjustments to beach furniture, ensuring the ceremony goes smoothly.

Minor Vows:
You must reserve the Beach Butlerz™ Signature Beach Wedding Ceremony a minimum of 45-days in advance of the wedding ceremony.  Please indicate the time, date, and beach requested.  Beach Butlers will remove the ceremony furniture and altar three hours after your stated start time unless you indicate the need for a longer ceremony.  Don’t hesitate to request for additional guests chairs, an officiant, a photographer, a florist, or special music requirements if you need them.  Beach Butlerz is partnered up with wedding professionals to ensure you have a magical wedding day.  This package is customizable for you at an additional, yet extremely practical, fee.  Please ask a Beach Butler for more details.
