Congrats to all the new potentials who made it through the interview process! Everyone who came to the beach yesterday rocked the interviews and sure has made this tough on us. I truly enjoyed meeting all of you and look forward to working with you in the near future! Despite the wind it was a very nice morning, but if it were any other day i may be complaining about how cold it was and telling you all that i was huddled in the blanket all day. =) However my mind is focused on these great new applicants. I wish you all the best of luck and can't wait to see my new co-workers looking great out on the beach.

This weekend is going to be amazing. The weather should shape up to be nice after this random rain we had plus the Butlerz are going to be out in full force in Avila and doing events including our interviews for the potential new butlerz! I am going to be there on Sunday to meet all these great applicants and finally spend some much needed time at the beach after being out of town the past couple weekends. Good Luck to all of the applicants and i cannot wait to meet you. For everyone else you should spend this weekend or our next 3-day weekend out in Avila letting the bulterz pamper you while you enjoy your day.

 Slo weather is beginning to spoil us with the nice weather and no more rain. I hope it stays this way and that the rain is finally gone for good. Halfway through the quarter and i am so glad to have a day to enjoy the sights of the beach and relax at this place called "work." I do not think this qualifies as working though, because helping others enjoy the beach is not only enjoyable but half the work is already done for you because who doesn't enjoy the beach anyway?

With only five short weeks left until summer i am getting very excited for what is going to be an enjoyable summer out here in the heat. Life can't get much better than a job out here in Avila all summer long. 

Next weekend is mothers day, and i unfortunately will not be spending it with my mom, but hopefully you will be. Why not treat her to a day at the beach, or even better with a relaxing day at mind spa? If only my mom wasn't three hours away, because that would be my gift to her.

May is here! and the warm weather is following suit.

 So stoked that the sun made its way to the beach today, No freezing for me with a blanket, instead i am fighting to stay cool, just the way i like it.

Days like these are perfect for cruising the town with the windows down, great music playing and just enjoying the sights and sun. Hopefully tonight after enjoying the beach i will be able to enjoy the sunset and some great tunes. 

So why aren't you out here enjoying this great weather?!? I expect to see you out here next weekend when the weather is just as great and the butlerz are out in full force!

sitting out at the beach in avila wondering where the warn weather has gone off to. I'm really looking forward to summer where everyday will be gorgeous and i will no longer need a blanket while enjoying the beach. The clouds look as though they are trying to burn off but no such luck yet :( With the on and off rain we've been having I look forward to any glimpse from the sun. According to ksby weather the sun should fight through the clouds. C'mon sun!! I'm rooting for ya. On a fun note, I've been rewatching the skimboarding videos from last Fridays farmers market and I Am super impressed wishing a could pull off half of the skill in those videos. Check them out on you tube in the next couple hours as we post them. Almost halfway through spring quater and I have yet to feel as though spring is here. Hopefully the first weekend in may will change that. ~Melissa

I have mixed feelings about this weekend and Cal Poly's open house. I am excited for the incoming wave of new students and for them to all enjoy San Luis Obispo and the surrounding areas as much as i do, but i am just not liking all this traffic! Its a very relaxing feeling to make it to avila this morning and not see all the high school seniors walking around. I am sure many of the rest of you students and even SLOcals are feeling the same way, so why not hop in your car and come down to avila to enjoy the beach with us bulterz??

I am glad the rain is finally gone and hopefully it will not return on any more weekends, i'm okay with it being here during the week though. Today however is rain free and beautiful, come out and enjoy it!

The surfrider foundation is out here today as well, doing a much appreciated beach cleanup. Coming soon, the top ten ways to keep the beach clean!

 Well here i am enjoying this fabulous friday night out on the avila promenade experiencing the weekly farmer's market. Nice weather, fresh food, and the beach, what more could you as for? How about a nice place to relax and enjoy on the beach set up by your very own butlerz?! sounds like the perfect way to end the day out on the beach.

This weekend was great, except for the weather that i wish would have stuck around through the weekend. I have been MIA the past weekend and have finally returned to the beach where i belong, to be greeted by wind and clouds. But not to fear! Next weekend should be amazing with all of the events going on around the county.

 I am sitting out on the beach enjoying the great weather, about to grab some delicious food from Avila deli, and spending some quality time with the rest of the beach butlerz. Today would be a great day to cone out and catch some rays relaxing on the beach. It is a great sight looking out and seeing some of our super comfy chairs and umbrellas out there protecting you from the sun and creating an excellent day just for you. 

What a nice way to end the stress of finals, hanging out on the beach with no worries except for wearing sunscreen and making sure not to get pounds of sand into your car.Today was a bit colder than yesterday so a blanket was a must for me! I learned two things this weekend: i need stronger sunscreen and protection from the cold.

The butlerz are ready to get to work, so be sure to reserve your loungers soon, we dont want to spend too much time having fun by ourselves =)

 Today was our amazing launch party. Everything was great, honestly could not have expected anything better, except for maybe the sun to have stayed around a bit longer, but the cloud cover made for a great temperature to enjoy the beach. 

This was a truly amazing weekend. After the stress of "dead week" I truly did feel dead, and boy was i ready to relax this weekend. I was really bummed about the rain on friday and was worried it would be raining again on Saturday, but i was surprised to see the sun shinning ready for the day!

Just spent the past couple of hours out at Avila Beach in the swirling wind getting ready for the Beach Bulter season. Despite the slightly chilly breeze, the weather was very nice, sun shining, but I have to admit, I did have some goosebumps most of the day.

I had tons of fun taking photos and can't wait to see them up on the website, we all looked fabulous if I do say so myself. =)

Completely excited for Beach Butlerz! Supposedly rain was supposed to come today, however our training today was filled with warm sunshine. 

I am really looking forward to the warm Avila Beach weather to help with the relaxing weekend after finals. My favorite thing from today? Hearing all about the great services Mind Spa has to offer, Neuro wave? Sign me up!!!
